working:


it is a direct drive mechanism system which delivers ice flakes faster. Insulated bin keeps the ice for longer period. A door is provided on the top of the bin for easy removal of ice. There is a auto cut off system, when the bin is full of ice it cuts off the refrigeration systems & re-starts when the level comes down.


optional:


additional safety thermostat for controller. It can be supplied with water filler & water failure protection device, the system will get cut off when the water supply fails & get started automatically when the water supply is resumed.

The srl make laminar air flow cabinet provides a class 100 air flow in the work area for operations where products is of utmost importance. The unrestricted open front work area allows the use of equipment under biologically clean conditions.

Applications:
The laminar air flow cabinet is designed to provide a high degree of protection for process products in laboratories and production facilities. Many critical applications in the medical, pharmaceutical, nuclear-power, and micro electronic fields demand an ultra-clean work environment which is free from biological and particulate contamination.

Operation:
ambient air is drawn in through pre-filter and is introduced in the work zone through the hepa the average velocity in the work zone is maintained between 0. 4 and 0. 5 m/s. Air cleanliness th e work zone is better than class 3. 5 (100) in accordance-fed std 209 e

Constructions:
The cabinets are fabricated out of thick board duly sunmica clad or mild steel cabinet duly epo coated. The work table is made of thick board which is sunmica clad at top or s. S table top w be provided as optional accessories. All joints are sealed with silastic sealant. Side panels are provided of thick transparent acrylic sheets. The unit is fitted with pre-filter and is made to pass through highly effective hepa (high efficiency particular air) filter having efficiency rating ah hi as 99. 997% with hot, dop, thus retaining all air-borne particles of size : 0. 3 micron and larger. Using a dynamic machine, the blower and motor assembly is statically and dynamically balanced. Blowers are mounted on vibration isolation mounts to minimize vibration. The working is illuminated by flourescent lightings fitted to the unit. Height of the working table provides comfortable "sit down" working position for the operation to work on 220/230 volts ac. These equipments are capable of maintaining Relative Humidity of 35% RH to 45% RH & are mainly used in pharmaceutical laboratories, capsules, strip packing, tablet section, packing rooms, processing industries, printing & lithography, photographic industries, communication equipment rooms, computer & data storage various other purposes. The equipment is based on refrigeration principle. It removes the moisture content of humid air in an enclosed room & condenses the moisture of the humid air into water, which continuously drops into a tray. No chemicals or dehydrating substances are used, Relative Humidity can be maintained depending upon the cubic feet volume, the temp. & no of occupants in the room, the walls & ceilings should be vapour proof to minimize infiltration of moisture into the room.
