These laboratory ovens are suitable for continuous use & are durable, they are primarily designed to meet the requirements of I.S & A. SIM Standards, It is mainly used in the growing fields of medical, Agricultural, Industrial,Chemical, Hospitals, R&D & Q.C.These Ovens are constructed with CRCA sheets of suitable gauge & angle iron frames are provided, construction is of double or tripple walled. Inner is made of S. S 304 & outer is M. S Non-contaminant epoxy powder coated with thick insulation of resin-bonded glass slabs are filled in between the two walls. Double walled door with heavy duty hinges, spring & roller type latch catch as locking device. Adjustable ventilators are provided for letting the moisture go out.

Air Circulation :


Efficient forced air circulating system is provided to ensure
uniform conditions inside the Chamber.

Heating & Humidification


Air heaters are provided for heating & maintaining above
ambient temperatures. A water boiler with reservoir & float valve
produces steam for Humidity.

Refrigeration System :


A hermatically sealed compressor with CFC free refrigerant &
optional stand by refrigeration System & Humidity System for
uninterrupted operation. The both the systems can be operated
alternately for a certain period, thus increasing the life of the
system & in case of break down the alternate stand by system
can be operated for uninterrupted services.

Temp. Control :

A Solid State Temp, control with panels housing all the controls &
PT-100 Sensors are used as wet & dry bulbs.

Optional

Direct Temp. & RH% readout , strip chart recorder,
Microprocessor based PID temp. Control with printer interface
(Centronic Port). PC interface with RS232CPC / RS-485 interface

Working : 


Sterilization is the destruction, by physical or chemical agents, or living micro-organisms, such as bacteria or their viable spores. Commonly used methods of sterilization are, dry heat, boiling water, free flowing steam, pressurized steam, gas & filtration, pressurized steam sterilization employed in the autoclave is the most universally used method of sterilization. Double walled, electrically operated vertical autoclaves are sturdy, built exclusively for laboratory purpose. Each autoclave is rigidly tested & equipped with long lasting moulded neoprene / silicon gasket.

Optional :

Terg-O-Tometer

It is used for laboratory testing and evaluation of soaps, detergents, dyestuffs, surfactants, cleaners for textiles and other materials.

CONSTRUCTION:

Rectangular constant temperature bath with inner working chamber made of 16 SWG, 304 AISI, stainless steel buffed to mirror finish. Outer body constructed of 20 SWG, CRCA sheet duly powder coated. Thermal insulation lagged in between the walls to prevent temperature loss. The bath is provided with a lid with three pots. Temperature controlled by fully automatic digital controller with PT-100 sensor. Immersion stainless steel sheathed Oxidised Nichrome heaters fitted to heat the bath media. Stirring spindle assembly is driven by a heavy duty DC motor with gear box. Variable speed regulator and digital speed indicator incorporated. The drive assembly is mounted on a rigid stand just above the water bath.


SALIENT FEATURES
:

  • This has a battery of 6 agitators, washer in stainless steel beakers.
  • The speed of the agitator is adjustable from 50 to 150 rotation. The agitator oscillates through an angle of 350 deg.C
  • The stirring paddles are of stainless steel and are of special design so that the soiled cloths or swatches do not tear off while in operation. It can be easily mounted to the shaft and the other end will dip inside the stainless steel vessel
  • Stainless steel cup with center pin. This will be placed in the water bath where holes are provided. The other broad end of the shaft dips inside the stainless steel vessel and together with the center pin hold the swatch in position.

Application:

Thermal shock chamber a re designed for air-to- air thermal shock tests, to test components or equipment automatically submitting them to rapid temp. changes & a re mainly used in spa re research programs, Defense laboratories, Testing laboratories etc.

Construction:

The Chamber has a vertical design, the hot cabinet located over the cold one, fabricated on heavy angular structure with outer construction of CRCA / MS sheets with non-contaminent epoxy powder coated, Interior & the basket a re of A IS I 304 S S two individual doors fitted with sillion gasket for cooling chamber & heating chamber to avoid temp. losses.

Air Circulation :

Forced air circulation is provided within each chamber which ensures uniform temperatures , the fans are stopped automatically during the baskets transfer to reduce interaction between the cabinets.

Heating System :


Imported Encolite heaters provides heating for the hot chamber .

Refrigeration Systems :

This ensures that the equipment is not attacked or rotted by the corrosive salt solution; we also use a glass nozzle for the salt spray to ensure durability and longevity of life. The chamber have a completed sealed lid to prevent the escape of any fumes of fluid that might affect the surrounding area. The unit is mounted on castors wheel for easy moving should you require this and are supplied complete ready for use only requiring the connection of all the supplies required.
